"Frame arrived box torn up, missing hardware and taking forever to get replacement hardware. It’s been a month and nothing. They said on the 7th of July it was on its way? Customer service is not great! Rarely do u speak to an actual person, even if u leave a message they rarely call u back. They want u to use chat bot that never understands what your saying."
"I bought a Titan Elite King Mattress. Bought this frame specifically for the reviews. If you connect the two twin sized parts, the mattress overhangs 3-4 inches on each side, and it does not connect to King size headboards. I separated them so they would work with the headboard, and now every wing nut connector has become loose, which then makes the brace arms come off and makes the bed unstable. Do not recommend."
"It hasn't collapsed under king sized plank mattress and two sleepers, but the tool-less design leads to poor tightening of included wing nut fasteners. It rocks an uncomfortable amount forward and back with normal body shifting during use. I don't know if this was because of improper assembly (no real directions except for those printed on the box), or poor construction. It is a temporary solution and I will definitely be replacing it, which is a bummer because of the price. Construction is not as sturdy and robust as it looks."
"I got this because my mattress was starting to dip. I thought maybe this frame would be better for it. It ended up being the same but now at least I could file a warranty if it dips on a new mattress. Anywho, this thing is awful. It wobbles A LOT and squeaks. I was able to rig it in the end so that it was solid but it took a lot of DIY type solutions for a problem that shouldn't exist."
"It definitely is a high rise platform. The options are this one or a low profile. Didn't want the low profile because I would lose the storage under the bed. This one is about 5-6 inches higher than the original. Still trying to determine if I like it."

"This was one of the two recommended foundations for the mattress I purchased; since the other one required the use of a headboard, I opted for this one, which has its pros and cons. Pro: Easy to assemble (I had it done by a handyman and it took him just a short time), no tall raised sides to make changing the bedding difficult, generous amount of open storage space under the bed. Con: The poorly designed legs. Look closely at the image and notice those legs are tapered; they look sleek and modern, but are incompatible with any casters, wheels, or sliders that I know of. Combined with the heavy metallic construction, whenever I move the bed to change the sheet, those legs literally carve a path into the wooden plank floor. At this writing I know of no solution to this problem. Three stars, with some disappointment."
"The high rise platform was quite honestly terrible. It was made of cheap metal which bent easily and squeaked horribly. The Metal brackets were poorly manufactured and didn't hold the legs in place. It moved very easily when moving about the bed and sagged horribly in multiple places due to the metal slats coming off their welding. I had to get it initially replaced because of it being delivered in horrible condition. The second set I received was slightly better but still had lots of dings and dents in the metal that I had to push back into place. After nearly a month or 2 of use, I had to get rid of it and buy a more firm platform bed frame made of wood for a cheaper price than the high rise platform AND it is extremely sturdy and quiet. I would never make a purchase for this type of platform again."
